PROJECT SITE SUPERVISOR CUM SAFETY

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate at work on site, ensuring effective implementation and timely completion of project.
• Evaluating the performance of site workers and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Perform Tool Box Meeting & Safety Training for site workers.
• Monitor the progress of project and ensure site worker follow the job scope required between company and clients.
• Provide work schedule and work progress report to clients.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and site worker to provide best service and quality work.
• Attend site meeting, prepare documentation and record meeting details.
• Dealing with worker for any off site fabricates design, material and others before install at site.
• Delivery & handover DO with client upon job completion include follow up DO status.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Bring subcontractor /supplier /other for site visit and explain job scope to get quotation for office.
• Any ad hoc job from time to time
