Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Pre-tender :Quotation inquiry, Taking off, Prepare Costing Analysis
- Post contract management :planning , arrangement & Contractual administration, Process claim and sub-con claim, VO, Final account
- Resources award inc. sub-contractor, material, machinery and etc.
- To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.
- To conduct frequent site visits
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Experiences in pre-and post-contract management such as preparation of tender documents, tender analysis, Bill of Quantities, procurement and award of contracting work, budget controls, negotiation and contract administration.
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Have Own Transport and Driving License
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
