PROJECT EXECUTION COORDINATOR
Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines for various phases of the project.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and other relevant records.
  • Prepare progress reports, status updates, and other project-related documents for internal and external
  • Attend site visit and effective communication among project team members, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers. Ensure that everyone is informed about project goals, timelines, and any changes.
  • Assist in managing project resources, such as materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure that they are allocated efficiently and in alignment with project requirements.
  • Monitoring project costs and expenses against the allocated budget.
  • Liaise with on-site personnel to ensure that construction activities are progressing according to the schedule and safety standards
  • Identify challenges and obstacles that may arise during the project and work with the team to find solutions and keep the project on track.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Have Own Transport and Driving License

Qualification:

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
